You also have the opportunity to submit information concerning the company you represent and the projects and technologies it is developing or seeking ("Company Information") (together "Information").

If you are submitting Information in connection with an Event organized and implemented by EBD Group AG. or EBD Group, Inc. (together “EBD”) (“EBD Event”) the Information becomes the property of EBD. In this case, please read STATEMENT 1

If you are submitting Information in connection with an Event organized and implemented by a third party for which EBD has been contracted to provide partnering services (“Client Event”), the Information becomes the property of that third party (“Client”). In this case, please read STATEMENT 2

EBD reserves the right to exclude or otherwise edit any Information submitted to its Website.

Information use for EBD Events

By registering for attendance at an EBD Event you agree that EBD may contact you by post, telephone, e.mail or fax to keep you updated on arrangements being made for the Event for which you have registered.

EBD will use Information in a manner reasonably required to operate this website and the Event.

EBD does not sell, share, or rent Information to third parties other than as is disclosed in this statement. Any use of Information not disclosed in this User Agreement will only be made with your express permission.

By registering for attendance at an Event and submitting your Information to EBD, you agree that some of your Contact Information (mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, but not your e.mail address) and all of your Company Information can be reproduced, replicated, published, displayed, disseminated, and downloaded and printed for personal use by all other Registered Users.

Only limited information (last name, job function, company, country) may be displayed on publicly accessible pages of our website.

Your Information will be retained in order that it can be automatically retrieved when you register for future EBD conferences. If you do not wish your Information to be retained in this way please write to EBD Group AG, Beethovenstrasse 47, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland or send an e.mail to contact@ebdgroup.com.

As you have registered for attendance at an Event, EBD reasonably concludes that you may be interested in receiving notification concerning future conferences or other professional services offered by EBD and other select providers. Your Contact Information may therefore be disclosed to business partners of EBD and EBD or its business partners may contact you by post, telephone, e.mail or fax to inform you of such future conferences or additional services. If you do not wish to receive such notification from EBD, do not wish to have your Contact Information passed to third parties, or wish to amend your contact details please write to EBD Group AG, Beethovenstrasse 47, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland or send an e.mail to contact@ebdgroup.com.

Information use at a Client Event

By registering for attendance at a Client Event you agree that EBD or Client may contact you by post, telephone, e.mail or fax to keep you updated on arrangements being made for the Event for which you have registered.

EBD and Client will use Information in a manner reasonably required to operate this website and the Event.

By registering for attendance at an Event and submitting your Information to EBD, you agree that some of your Contact Information (mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, but not your e.mail address) and all of your Company Information can be reproduced, replicated, published, displayed, disseminated, and downloaded and printed for personal use by all other Registered Users.

Only limited information (last name, job function, company, country) may be displayed on publicly accessible pages of our website.

All other use of Information at Client Events is determined by Client, and is a matter for agreement between yourself and Client.

Any use of Information made by EBD with the general permission of Client will only be made with your express permission.

EBD provides you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes.

For example, if you no longer wish to receive our promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication, or by contacting us by any of the methods listed in "Contact Information" (below).
